If the total value of samples is more than 5USD, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.

If you don't have a courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company.

Or, send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by TT/ paypal.

Yes!

Logo and or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing or other ways. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 500 units per logo or depend on the product range. You can send us the artwork by email in JPGE, TIFF and AI format.

If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products (custom design package), such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 5000 units per model. You ca send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format (300 dpi).

Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order.

* Shipping information-company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method(by courier, by air or by ocean container)

* Production information- model numbers, quantity, unit price

* Delivery time required

*Freight payment (by collect or prepay)

* Forwarder's contact details if there's any (in China or Hongkong)

We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.

For small quantity or weight less than 20kgs, sent usually by courier.

For order from 20 to 500kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you.

For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.

The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, seaport)

Our usual payment term is Wire transfer (T/T),

We also accept:

2) Paypal payment (special for VIP clients, new clients can be depent on the order status)

Due to the products, please contact us to make sure, usually we do not accept less that USD 1000 worth of order (many model sum)

6 months to 12 months, depending on the product. We accept free replacement for unqualified products during warranted period.

If you can sell our products USD 10,000 to USD 50,000 per month, you could be one of our distributors in your city or area. If you can sell your products worth more than USD 60,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country.
