Logitech microphones that plug directly into your computer's sound card are "plug and play" computer hardware devices. Once you plug them in, your computer recognizes them and they work automatically. If your Logitech microphone isn't working, this is because Windows has disabled the "Microphone" sound card input. You can easily enable this input in a few seconds by adjusting the settings of your computer's recording devices.
Instructions 1 Right-click on the "Speakers" icon in your system tray.
2 Click "Recording Devices."
3 Right-click on "Microphone."
4 Click "Enable." Your Logitech microphone will now work properly on your computer.
