The team behind space drama Gravity took home the Oscars for Best Sound Mixing and Sound Editing at the 86th Academy Awards last night.

Glenn Freemantle was handed the sound editing award, while Skip Lievsay, Niv Adiri, Christopher Benstead and Chris Munro collected the prize for sound mixing.

Actors Chris Hemsworth and Charlize Theron presented both awards.

Directed by Alfonso Cuarón – another big winner on the evening – the films stars Sandra Bullock and George Clooney as astronauts separated in space.
