Company introduces all-in-one professional grade conference solution for corporate and government facilities.

Sennheiser has unveiled its new TeamConnect system, which delivers "exceptional simplicity for stress-free audio conferences," at ISE.

TeamConnect is an end-to-end all-in-one professional grade audio meeting solution for corporate and government facilities.

Designed to offer simple installation and use, as well as great value and high sound quality, the system integrates speakers, mics, a central control unit and connectivity management – everything needed to cater for regular meeting rooms of up to 16 users on site.

“We are making the start of every conference call a stress-free zone. TeamConnect represents a total system approach to audio conferencing where every component is designed to work with each other, letting users get on with business,” said Wienand Mensendiek, manager portfolio and channel development at Sennheiser.

The complete audio solution consists of a Central Unit CU1 – providing both LAN and WiFi connectivity options – along with SpeechLine microphones and active loudspeakers.

The company developed TeamConnect in cooperation with DSP specialist ClearOne.

“The Sennheiser TeamConnect solution makes it easy to link to networks and to connect business mobile devices in order to operate the system,” Mensendiek continued.

An iOS app enables touchscreen control of web and audio conferences via iPad and iPhone, while a browser-based web app offers an easy-to-use interface for other devices.

TeamConnect comprises up to eight SpeechLine microphones, with audio outputs to drive sound from the active SpeechLine speakers also part of the package.
