Code of Ethics |
This Code of Ethics is established as a guideline to all DJs. It was formulated to represent the best moral and ethical virtues of a professionally run business. Fair treatment and respect for the customer and other DJs is a reflection of a higher professional value.
To abide by all applicable laws, codes and regulations, and protect the public against fraud and unfair trade practices.
To maintain the highest level of services, and support the development of industry standards and safe practices.
To provide a safe working environment.
To present products and services honestly without misrepresentation.
To be responsive to and available for customers before, during and after the sale.
To refrain from discriminatory practices in dealing with customers and associates.
To share knowledge, expertise and skills to advance the industry while respecting the confidentiality of customers and associates.
To recognize the rights of others to compete for business.
To fully disclose common or related ownership of entities involved in any competitive bid process.
To fully disclose the terms and conditions of all agreements or undertakings to all relevant parties.
To follow through and complete any lawful agreement.
To support and honor all commits arranged with the client and other businesses.
To assist the customer in any way possible to ensure a successful event.
To Guarantee all our work.
Advise customers of any changes in DJ, time, music or activities which may impact the customers expectations.
This Code of Ethics a guideline and does not represent the entire scope of good conduct and ethical behavior. Acceptance of and adherence to this Code is voluntary and in no way represents the entire view of the Mobile DJ Industry.
